Ladies and gentleman, the one unequivocal fact that aligns us all, is our responsibility to protect the most vulnerable in society “our children” and afford them the opportunity to grow into a true representation of themselves. Such a provision shall be consistent with the relevant provisions of the Charter of the United Nations.”) was deleted in accordance with RC/Res.6, annex I, of 11 June 2010. 4 Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court 2. For the purpose of paragraph 1: (a) "Attack directed against any civilian population" means a course of conduct involving the multiple commission of acts referred to in paragraph 1 against any civilian population, pursuant to or in furtherance of a State or organizational policy to commit such attack; (b) "Extermination" includes the intentional infliction of conditions of life, inter alia the deprivation of access to food and medicine, calculated to bring about the destruction of part of a population; (c) "Enslavement" means the exercise of any or all of the powers attaching to the right of ownership over a person and includes the exercise of such power in the course of trafficking in persons, in particular women and children; (d) "Deportation or forcible transfer of population" means forced displacement of the persons concerned by expulsion or other coercive acts from the area in which they are lawfully present, without grounds permitted under international law; (e) "Torture" means the intentional infliction of severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, upon a person in the custody or under the control of the accused; except that torture shall not include pain or suffering arising only from, inherent in or incidental to, lawful sanctions; (f) "Forced pregnancy" means the unlawful confinement of a woman forcibly made pregnant, with the intent of affecting the ethnic composition of any population or carrying out other grave violations of international law. In August 2001, Bilott filed a class action lawsuit against DuPont on behalf of the approximately 70,000 people in West Virginia and Ohio with PFOA-contaminated drinking water, which was settled in September 2004, with class benefits valued at over $300 million, including DuPont agreeing to install filtration plants in the six affected water districts and dozens of impacted private wells, a cash award of $70 million, and provisions for future medical monitoring to be paid by DuPont up to $235 million, if an independent science panel confirmed "probable links" between PFOA in the drinking water and human disease.[1] After the independent scientific panel jointly selected by the parties (but required under the settlement to be paid for by DuPont) found that there was a probable link between drinking PFOA and kidney cancer, testicular cancer, thyroid disease, high cholesterol, pre-eclampsia, and ulcerative colitis, Bilott began opening individual personal-injury lawsuits against DuPont on behalf of affected users of the Ohio and West Virginia water supplies, which by 2015 numbered over 3,500. I am at this stage awaiting confirmation from Max Taylor regarding the ages of the “disadvantaged” children, but can only suspect that they are younger than the above or the GC would have stated so in her appraisal, although we can confirm Mr Taylor’s decision to include only ADULT CONTENT FILTERS which given the American drive by the Child Rescue Coalition (Carly Asher Yoost is included in this thread) and a global infrastructure would be useless against the PEADOPHILES that are “awash” across the “cloud” and the web all of the enclosed tech suppliers have trapped these children in.

This represents a calculated decision to ignore the plight of 500000 disadvantaged children lost into a digital world we have "laboured" that Helen Lamprelle OBE and Vodafone QC confirms is 65% fake and one that has seen Carly Asher Yoost and her Child Rescue Coalition scramble a task force to counter the CSAM pandemic the lies in wait for them.
We can only imagine Prime Minister's question time and Sir, I await your call and will afford you absolute clarity across the digital information I've collated over the last 18 months for the protection of our children's minds.
Further developments are the blocking of correspondence by Robert Bilott, it seems Mr Bilott may have played his hand and that the representation during DARK WATER may not have been quite as the audience digested. However, that act of dis-engagement will be respected as I know too well, he has the right to say no, although sadly not a right being afforded our children.

Lars, Leon I’ve continued to include you as the one that follows this email will include Dwayne, Kevin and Marks representatives and I’ve continued to include you in the document attached, because I’m acutely aware of your skill sets and will overlook your emotional and selfish responses as our children are in a critical state and quite clearly as we agree, radical action is required.
Lars, let’s bring you up to speed once we’ve dealt with the following issue.
Mrs Asher Yoost, I have included your latest post about children meeting “nice” people online and the message of not communicating with such people you don’t know in real life.
Now, Lars, I’ve over 15 read receipts and direct engagement with the Child Rescue Coalition and Mrs Yoost and I have expressed concerns about their association to a sales funnel’s expert and the validity of Bark Technologies ability to read every message on the 30 social media platforms they profess to "do so". Upon receipt of such information, I spoke to Wardwiz technical team and whilst we remain unclear, there are a number of conflicts of interests that remain clouded due to their lack of transparency and all while the “coalition” remains resistant to our and DEJAVU’s technical involvement, even when members of said coalition are actively stating the ground-breaking digital database, picture to picture recognition system is one they are using.
Now Mrs Yoost, would you please explain to the Chief Constable and the Crown Prosecution Service how you have aligned to the Home Office and the reasons behind your lack of enthusiasm to engage with such extensive expertise both organisations bring and how you feel Ted and his team can impact across your 97 country networks to locate lost and stolen children.
However, before you do, we have an even more pressing issue and one that strikes at the heart of your and the “coalitions” work.
The NSPCC, Sir Peter Wanless and Attensi have constructed a software under the banner of “gamification” that teaches “all adults” to recognise vulnerable children online, how to approach them and win their trust.
Chief Constable, Mrs Yoost, (and you Lars) given Sir Peter led the parliamentary paedophile inquiry in 2014, would it be conceivable to surmise that Mr Wanless understands in the most acute of terms the risks our children face online and given his absolute understanding of the depth of child abuse in the UK and the rest of the world, has, as I previously alerted the group to, placed the 350000 children that Vodafone pushed online and the 150000 Mailcare, Fergus Mckenna and their celebrity attachments followed with, in extreme danger by allowing a growing number of abusive adults “educated access” to these young and vulnerable souls.

Now, having done this individually with all involved and been engaged with many more regarding the delivery of a parental empowering control that protects against the aforementioned algorithms we find ourselves here, with the primaries facing a crime against humanity and our children suffering abuse on all levels.
Call that self-promoting if you so desire, I on the other hand am acutely aware of the perils such a shining light can offer a man committed to this endeavour, however if those in the seats of power would wish to engage, then we can discuss their cut from such a humanitarian impact “coalition”.

Lars, you spoke of this being about my sense of self-importance, so let me respond to that accusation. I made a commitment to GOD and to myself never to lie and live my life in the TRUTH and it’s that promise that affords me the strength to bring all of you to task. The point of this communication has always been and remains to highlight the shortcomings we have individually and how no more what the intention, if not aligned correctly and delivered short of transparency minus a pure authenticity than failings at every level will be inevitable.

One person who is acutely aware of such levels of abuse online is Jason O’Mahoney. Jason is the founder of CHILDREN OF A DIGITAL AGE and as I’m told being a retired Policeman is perfectly placed to recognise a number of the issues involved, in fact has been extremely vocal to both Ted Kapusin and myself on such matters.
I was advised by Ted about the ground breaking technology we discussed in my previous email regarding the ability for DEJAVU to recover stolen and lost children from all of the digital picture databases. This technology eclipses the 2008 Google tag system and I’ll once again invite Ted to expand on the technical construction and application. Mr O’Mahoney was less than respectful and somewhat closed about the fact the market has anything to offer that outshines the “Pole stopping a car” system that Ted conveyed and its inability to stop the car from simply driving around it.
See Lars, it seems even google didn’t aspire to a tech man enough to do the job, given the flaws in the technical execution and its inability to deliver safe and consistent results, thus the report Mr Hastings had to digest which, although we know not to be true is without doubt the most damning accusation imaginable and I convey my sincerest wishes for having experienced such an ordeal.
Now, back to Mr O’Mahoney and his comment on LinkedIn about the difficulties of mental health and the online world. Having been banned for “stating the truth”, yes that was the reason IN WRITING and by a man named DJANGO… please …don’t shoot the messenger. I challenged Mr O’Mahoney regarding the abuse he was bestowing upon me and his lack of openness regarding the DEJAVU tech and Mr Kapusin’s expertise.

The protagonists of the practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic principles must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts:
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. Ladies - can you look at this site for me.
The KWS system they are using professes to make the environment safe for the young and provide security for the parents, but in my mind they are ring fencing the children so as to have a "trusted" space to advertise and sell into the "echo-chamber" via a misrepresentation of the levels of abuse online, As children post and converse, communications are "monitored" under a banner of safety and then "experts" are able to provide "insight" into the "trends" and hey presto we have bespoke marketing funnels and "no need for websites"
Which is the mental health abuse of the 7-12 year olds - constructed selling - manipulation and the use of covert conversation techniques and this ripples even younger when coding is added to the mix along side the branded content streamed as "entertainment"

I've detailed the Statute of Rome Article & to each of you and the Nuremberg Code when assessing the damage upon our children and given the gravitas of such a dysmorphic impact upon our young causing an explosion of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, remedies and filter matching "cures" can I ask why are we not reporting what I have discovered and Simon Dolan would you support this action with your team, so that we can actually deal with real issues ...that are not anywhere near as rare as the increasing deaths amongst the healthy in society.

Added to the fact that increased internet speeds are causing a number of other mental and emotional issues.

If you watch “Law & Order,” you may know the difference between homicide and manslaughter; manslaughter generally lacks intent (think a car accident in which someone was killed), making it actus rea. However, homicide is against the law, as is reckless driving.
While moral duties are not necessarily able to be legally upheld, in some cases, laws change to better reflect the morals of society. Examples of this are changes in laws regarding marital rape, meaning that a husband cannot forcibly engage in sexual relations with his wife unless she consents.
In some countries, such as France, there exist Good Samaritan Laws, which may hold you in failure to act, should you, for example, come across a parent hurting their child, and you do nothing to stop it.
As you prepare to review your insurance claim or speak with a personal injury attorney, it is important to understand the specifics involved with failure to act, negligence, statutory duties, and common law duties.
Exceptions
As with most things, there are some exceptions where there may not otherwise be a duty to act. For example, if you come across an injured person, while you are not obligated to assist them, should you begin doing so, then you are obligated to continue helping them or stay with them until medical assistance arrives; you cannot just then abandon the person.
Additionally, if you in some way, encourage someone to commit a crime which injures people in the process, then you may be held responsible for those injuries, even if you were not directly involved in causing them.
