A bipartisan group of 42 attorneys general is suing Meta, alleging that features on its Facebook and Instagram social media platforms are addictive and are aimed at kids and teens, the group announced Tuesday. The support from so many state attorneys general of different political backgrounds indicates a significant legal challenge to Meta’s business.Meta is now facing multiple lawsuits on this issue in several districts. Attorneys general from 33 states filed a federal suit against Meta in the Northern District of California, while nine additional attorneys general are filing in their own states, according to a press release from New York Attorney General Letitia James’ office. Besides New York, the states that filed the federal suit include California, Colorado, Louisiana, Nebraska, South Carolina, Washington and Wisconsin. The lawsuits are another demonstration of the bipartisan priority state law enforcers have placed on protecting kids and teens from online harm.“This is a tough time in America,” Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti said at a press conference after the lawsuit was filed.

“We have polarization the likes of which we have not seen since the Civil War. And so for all of the attorneys general from both parties, people who frequently disagree very vocally and very publicly, to all come together and to move in the same direction, I think that says something.”“This is not an action we take lightly,” Colorado AG Phil Weiser said at the press conference. “This is not a case that we know is going to be decided very quickly. But it’s of the utmost importance. That’s why we dedicated level resources of the state agencies brought together here addressing issues that are top of our national agenda.”It’s not the first time a broad coalition of state attorneys general have teamed up to go after Meta. In 2020, 48 states and territories sued the company on antitrust grounds, alongside a separate complaint from the Federal Trade Commission.Meta designed its Facebook and Instagram products to keep young users on them for longer and repeatedly coming back, the attorneys general allege. According to the federal complaint, Meta did this via the design of its algorithms, copious alerts, notifications and so-called infinite scroll through platform feeds.

The company also includes features that the AGs allege negatively impact teens’ mental health through social comparison or promoting body dysmorphia, such as “likes” or photo filters. The federal suit also accuses Meta of violating the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, or COPPA, by collecting personal data on users under 13 without parental consent. The states are seeking an end to what they see as Meta’s harmful practices, as well as penalties and restitution.Meta was well aware of the negative effects its design could have on its young users, the attorneys general allege.“While Meta has publicly denied and downplayed these harmful effects, it cannot credibly plead ignorance,” James’ office wrote in a press release. “Meta’s own internal research documents show its awareness that its products harm young users. Indeed, internal studies that Meta commissioned — and kept private until they were leaked by a whistleblower and publicly reported — reveal that Meta has known for years about these serious harms associated with young users’ time spent on its platforms.”Former Facebook employee Frances Haugen caused an uproar among lawmakers and parents in 2021 after leaking internal documents from the company that revealed internal research on its products.

One set of documents about Instagram’s impact on teens found that “thirty-two percent of teen girls said that when they felt bad about their bodies, Instagram made them feel worse,” The Wall Street Journal reported before Haugen made her identity known. Following the report, Instagram said it was working on ways to pull users away from dwelling on negative topics.“It should have been the practice of Meta to alert people that they were dealing with a dangerous, potentially addictive product before they started using it,” District of Columbia Attorney General Brian Schwalb told CNBC in a phone interview. Schwalb is among the attorneys general who filed an individual suit against Meta alleging it violated the district’s consumer protection law.“We share the attorneys general’s commitment to providing teens with safe, positive experiences online, and have already introduced over 30 tools to support teens and their families,” Meta spokesperson Andy Stone said in a statement. “We’re disappointed that instead of working productively with companies across the industry to create clear, age-appropriate standards for the many apps teens use, the attorneys general have chosen this path.”Several of the practices the attorneys general focus on for Meta are similar to those exercised by other social media businesses, such as designing algorithms to keep users engaged.Skrmetti told reporters that the Meta lawsuits are just one part of “an industry-wide investigation.”

“This is not just about Meta, but as one of the biggest players and as an entity where there’s clear evidence of misleading the public and making deliberate decisions that hurt kids, I think it’s appropriate that we lead off with this particular lawsuit,” he said.Last year, a bipartisan group of state AGs said they are investigating TikTok over similar child online safety concerns.Skrmetti said that the multistate lawsuit against Meta could be “a vehicle for settlement talks across the industry” — or, he added, “it could take individual litigation driving each company into good behavior over time.”Schwalb said that while he doesn’t think Meta is the only company trying to keep users’ attention with its features, “they do it very, very effectively and to the great detriment of millions of young people and tens of thousands of young people here in the District.”“All human beings are susceptible to FOMO,”

Schwalb said, referring to the fear of missing out.  “But particularly 12- to 14-, 15-, 16-year-old kids. They’re the ones who are really worried about missing out. All of that is part of the built-in DNA that Meta uses to keep people hooked.”

The broad coalition of bipartisan attorneys general underscores the wide-ranging interest from law enforcers on both sides of the aisle in consumer protection issues like this one. President Joe Biden has also made it a point to discuss the priority of protecting kids’ safety and mental health online in his State of the Union.“I think when you find an issue like this, it’s a good opportunity for AGs to link arms across party [lines] to try to make America a safer place,” Schwalb said.

The drug affects certain brain structures, including the:

accumbens and ventral pallidum, which form the reward system, amygdala and hippocampus, which are responsible for working memory

orbitofrontal and subcallosal cortices, which play a role in volition, prefrontal cortex and cingulate gyrus, which are important for executive control. It inhibits the reuptake of dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin, meaning that more of these “pleasure chemicals” remain circulating in the blood.

The effects in people without ADHD include increased arousal, euphoria, and increased vigilance and alertness. However, individuals with ADHD may experience relief from the executive and behavioural dysfunctions that occur with the condition.

EU unveils plans for more co-operation between its ports in crackdown

Drug gangs have infiltrated shipping supply chains to an “extreme” degree, a leading industry executive has warned, as the European Commission unveiled plans to crack down on illegal drugs flooding into Europe’s ports. Cocaine shipments to the EU have surged in recent years, with criminal gangs directing the flow of drugs via global shipping routes. A record 303 tonnes were seized in 2021, according to the latest continent-wide figures from the EU’s drugs monitoring agency, EMCDDA.As a result, shipping companies are dealing with “some of the most dangerous people in the world. The way that these people are infiltrating the whole supply chain, not only the shipping side or the port side, is rather extreme,” said Keith Svendsen, chief executive of APM Terminals, a division of Danish shipping group Maersk. The warning comes as the European Commission will on Wednesday propose more co-ordination among European ports, governments and private companies by setting up a “European Ports Alliance”, according to a draft of the communication seen by the Financial Times. One proposal involves setting up common risk criteria and priorities for customs controls at EU level. €200mn will be allocated to fund equipment to scan containers from 2024.The commission will also urge member states to implement existing security rules for ports, including providing ports and shipping companies with the means to “screen and vet their employees to avoid corruption by criminal networks”. Belgium’s port city of Antwerp is the largest cocaine trafficking hub in Europe, with a record of 110 tonnes seized in 2022, according to customs authorities.

Antwerp scans only about 2 per cent of the goods that pass through the port but plans to scan all containers coming from Latin America and considered “high-risk” by 2028. Of those, about 5 per cent are checked at present. For the shipping industry, the increasing pressure to clamp down on the drug trade risks disrupting the commercial operations of container carriers, which transport millions of steel boxes every week. Claudio Bozzo, chief operating officer of MSC, told the FT in August that it “suffers consequences when it comes to costs” to make containers available for customs inspections. Svendsen declined to provide details on the costs of increased checks on Maersk but said the “impact on the supply chain is the same across the companies”. He said “more problem solving needs to be done” before Antwerp’s 100 per cent target can be reached. Instead, he said, checks should be reinforced on exports in Latin America, pointing to a €1bn investment APM Terminals has made in a container terminal it operates in Moín, Costa Rica. However, Svendsen said his bigger concern was a “duty of care” towards his staff, rather than costs. “There have been incidents where there is infiltration where employees are being coerced into helping” drugs gangs, Svendsen said. Rotterdam port authorities detected eight tonnes of cocaine on a Maersk ship in July at a street value of €600mn, the largest seizure of cocaine in the Netherlands.  Svendsen said Maersk was not responsible for the drugs in its containers. “What has gone wrong is that we have international drug trafficking using legitimate infrastructure to move that product by infiltrating supply chains. ”The commission declined to comment on the leaked document, which is still subject to change until its publication. Despite growing political consensus to tackle the problem, there are knock-on effects for the global shipping industry from stricter customs controls, experts said. Richard Neylon, a shipping lawyer at HFW, said it was sometimes “not within the shipowners’ power to open and inspect” containers. “[Shipping is essential] for international trade.

The risk of drug [smuggling] is a very difficult reason to turn down international trade.” Additional reporting by Oliver Telling in London

AS I have told people a hundred thousand times, I have no time for hyperbole. And yet recently I stumbled across what must surely be the most sexist, racist, regressive, reprehensible and downright offensive movie ever made. It all began as I was dressing up as Danny Zuko for a morning TV re-enactment of the hit musical Grease, because that’s what real journalists do. As part of my exhaustive research for this role, I had stayed up the previous night to watch the movie for the 57th time and came to a very shocking and sickening realisation. Almost every scene, song, word and deed in the film would today result in a jail term, a law suit, a summary dismissal or, at the very least, a sternly worded change.org petition. Even the very title itself would come under fire for implying that Italian-Americans, the working-class and/or teenagers were unclean and therefore inferior to the dominant white patriarchal paradigm. So that’s racism, classism and ageism ticked off and the movie hasn’t even started yet. Then in opening scene with Danny and Sandy frolicking on the beach we already have an assault in which he throws sand at her not once but twice — both times despite her clear objection. It is also a clear violation of the council by-laws for beach users. (In case you think I am joking, in Los Angeles where Grease was filmed it is genuinely against council laws to dig into a sand embankment or “disturb any rock”. It is also illegal to produce any “boisterous or unusual noise”, so it’s lucky that Sandy didn’t let Danny go all the way.) Then when school goes back and the star-crossed couple meet again, Danny is dismissive of Sandy in an attempt to look cool in front of his friends, which is a clear act of micro-aggression.

In response, a confused and angry Sandy tells him he is not the Danny she used to know and she doesn’t like what he’s become. This is another micro-aggression known as “dead-naming”. And all this comes after a lengthy power ballad in which Danny’s friends urge him to share details about their sexual encounters — which is basically pre-internet revenge porn — or get her to hook them up with her friends, which is basically unpaid prostitution. They even ask if she “put up a fight”, which is actually genuinely worrying. Meanwhile Sandy’s friends want to know if he has a car, which suggests that at least the prostitution might be paid for in kind. More likely it is the corrosive social corruption of capitalist materialism. As the movie progresses things get even less progressive. In science class, a male student puts a live mouse in a female student’s handbag, which is a unique combination of both sexual harassment and animal abuse. It’s a wonder there wasn’t a naked PETA protester in the hallway.

Meanwhile, Rizzo is teased about her sexual history, which is a textbook example of slut-shaming — a phenomenon which one American author spent 20 years studying. Interestingly, another US academic, whose name was also Rizzo, wrote a paper entitled: “Psychiatric and Cognitive Functioning in Adolescent Inpatients with Histories of Dating Violence Victimization”. To complicate matters, Rizzo then virgin-shames Sandra Dee — and, most cruelly of all, does so entirely in song. And need it be said that Olivia Newton-John’s breakout hit ballad Hopelessly Devoted To You is an obvious subjugation of the female psyche to the patriarchal hegemony. Meanwhile the boys are frantically using their shop class to build a car solely for the purpose of making a woman climax, which is both sexist and inefficient. Although in their defence, this was some years before Sex and the City alerted men to the restorative powers of “the Rabbit”. Of course when it comes to Greased Lightnin’, it is difficult to say precisely which part modern third-wave feminists would take most issue with but it’s fair to say that the phrase “It’s a real pussy wagon!” would probably be an early contender.

And let’s not get started on Beauty School Dropout, which is an entire ballad of mansplaining delivered to a girl called Frenchy, whose name is slang for either a kiss or a condom. The movie’s climactic dance scene is supposedly all about the hand jive but in fact more suited to hand sanitiser. It is a frenzy of groping, girl-tossing and upskirting that would put most modern football teams to shame, culminating in a scene where the sleazy host clearly tries to use his dominant power position to coerce a vulnerable young woman into “trying out” for him. Meanwhile the obvious homoerotic tensions between Danny and his best friend Kenickie would cause howls of red-faced fury among conservative Christian groups already beside themselves about Rizzo’s unplanned pregnancy. Thankfully, however, they both quickly suppress their feelings and pursue heterosexual relationships, which is obviously homophobic. And at the very core of the motion picture, Sandy and Danny’s whole relationship is infused by sexual violence. Not only is there the sand-throwing incident but he tries to go the grope at a drive-in, which is technically sexual assault, and she slams the door on his erect penis, which is technically very painful. Then, in the final scene of all comes the ultimate sociopolitical atrocity. Danny has just traded in his leather jacket to become a varsity jock — the perfect combination of class elitism and toxic masculinity — when Sandy reappears with a Camel cigarette, a camel toe and a sudden desire to horse around. And so, with a wop-bop-a-loo-bop-a-lop-bam-boo — which is a cultural appropriation of the Italians, the Chinese and Little Richard — everybody lives happily ever after. The moral of the story is that all you have to do to solve life’s problems is take up smoking, dress like a hooker and put out.

So there you have it: The most sexist, racist, homophobic, homoerotic, slut-shaming, virgin-shaming, disempowering and discriminatory movie ever made. And in Australia it’s rated PG.

That, dear reader, is how easy it is to expel every last drop of creativity out of art by smashing it with an ideological meat mallet. And unfortunately that hammer is coming for us all. Indeed, there are already countless indignant essays, articles and listicles on just how offensive, sexist and anti-feminist Grease is. The fact that the whole film is clearly a satire of that culture has, stunningly, escaped this cross-section of the commentariat. Meanwhile, closer to home, the cranky circle jerk of indignation has now tied itself into a Gordian Knot. This apex of intellectual idiocy was reached when the boutique literary quarterly Meanjin changed its title to “#MeToo” for a single edition, only to outrage a small number of activists who felt this was an insult to indigenous people because Meanjin was an Aboriginal word. Yes, in an attempt to show how feminist it was, Meanjin found itself accused of being racist. Honestly, you just couldn’t make this up. It is perhaps ironic that a literary journal should be the victim of poetic justice, but it is not entirely surprising. The torturous hand-wringing Meanjin applies to the world was perhaps inevitably destined to find its own neck. I gave up reading it after I embraced liberal democracy but a cursory glance of its current features shows that nestled beneath the angst-ridden editorial apology is one piece entitled “My Jewish Atheist Journey” and another that begins: “That evening, as a bleak cold overtook Collingwood, we took refuge in an empty Thai restaurant. The stark emptiness inside made me indecisive over where to sit. I glanced at Jana to steer us to a table.”

Never in literary history have so many writers been so sorely in need of a drink. It has also been argued by many on the right this week that Tom Ballard too has got his poetic justice after he was the target of sexual assault allegations despite being — Shock! Horror! — a lefty.

There is arguably no worse crime than some sexual assaults, perhaps not even murder. Many rape survivors say they wish they had died or, indeed, felt that part of them had. Moreover society regularly condones the taking of life in certain circumstances. Even the most civilised nation requires that its soldiers kill for their country. None requires that they rape for it. And so let us say that this is the lowest act a human being can commit. It follows, therefore, that the next lowest is to publicly accuse an innocent human being of committing it.

And yet in the puritanical hysteria that has flowed from the noble origins of the #MeToo movement, careless commentators have wakeboarded on serious allegations of serial and institutional sexual assault and applied the same outrage to the most ambiguous and absurd situations. This ranges from publicly outing people for awkward or dissatisfying sex to unwanted lunch invitations to the infamous claim that parents ought to ask their baby’s consent before changing their nappy. Just this week we learned of an Australian student at an American university whose life was destroyed by a campus investigation which assumed he was statistically likely to have sexually assaulted a woman he thought he had consensual sex with. For anyone less virginal than Sandra Dee this is deeply scary stuff.

In Ballard’s case it is obviously difficult, if not impossible, to have an opinion on what happened in a hotel room where only two people were present. However it is clear from even his accuser’s account that not once during the encounter did he actually say no and that the police found Ballard had no case to answer. How then does he now stand publicly accused of the worst crime imaginable? How then is he now defined by having to deny he committed something the law never even suggested he did in the first place?

This is not poetic justice. It is the coalface of a disturbing ideological wave in which the most intimate and ambiguous encounters between people are public fodder for an extreme academic and political movement that too often assumes that all men are at best repressed violent predators and all those in positions of power are abusing those who aren’t.

Which brings us back to my movie review.

The boys in Grease aren’t really misogynist pigs. They’re confused adolescents terrified of humiliation and desperate not to lose their friends. Did Sandy actually “put up a fight”? She never had to. Every time Danny tried it on she said no and he sorrowfully accepted disappointment. Then to save face he pretends to his friends that he went all the way. Any man who’s ever been a teenager has gone through this. Even when she leaves him at the drive-in with a broken penis his greatest fear — obviously expressed in song — is that he looks like “a fool” and that he is helpless without her. Meanwhile the supposedly “slut-shamed” Rizzo is the toughest and most interesting character in the whole show — and certainly the favourite of every girl I’ve known. She is proud, resilient and resourceful.

She even rejects her true love Kenickie because she is too proud and independent. And speaking of Kenickie, it’s worth noting that this ultimate stereotype of toxic masculinity attempts to sacrifice his whole way of life to stand by her and her unborn child, only to retreat hurt when she sneers that it wasn’t his “mistake”. And Sandy might always have been virginal and pure, but let’s face it: She wasn’t much fun. In fact it’s not until the final scene that she develops a third dimension. In short, Grease isn’t horribly sexist and offensive, it’s just that its characters say and do horrible, sexist and offensive things — a distinction that so many ideologues still fail to understand. More importantly, they are also kind and cruel, passionate and passive-aggressive, loyal and fickle, happy and hurt. And, most important of all, they are desperate. Desperate to belong, desperate for acceptance. Desperate to love and be loved in return. In short, they’re a lot like, well, people. And the problem with people is that they’re complex and contradictory creatures who rarely fit within one dogmatic ideology. That’s why every totalitarian who’s ever come to power has always had to kill so many of them. And so the moral of the story isn’t really that you have to be a slut to be happy.

It’s that maybe everyone just needs to loosen up. https://www.news.com.au/the-team/joe-hildebrand

The parts that Joe, overlooks, though let’s first congratulate him at his wonderful review although done as a well rounded adult, one appreciated by an equally attributed soul, are the subliminal messaging, the hidden craft of Satan eating the mechanic, the pink “hard on” using Rizzo as the cartoon projection, the deep penetration and homage to history repeating itself as Zucko, now Zuck-erberg is the Head boy of social media still playing it cool as he leaves 2.6Bn users left thinking they were special when in truth he’s moved onto the next innocent smile to suck out her empathic juice.

So as the Gladiators burned and the band circled the Pagan ritual of an open fire and the Scorpions continued the Bible references up until pubic lice ran amok and the afore mentioned gang bang resulted in Pornhub, with Vince Vaughan as Joe states setting the tread for paedophilia and the Sugar Daddy ethos. We add drink driving, PIZZA and the numerology of the minutes certain songs arrived, with 33 being the headline “Hopelessly devoted to you” and Sandy’s homage to her own JC’, not to be mistaken with Jizum or Rizzo’s open legs as her pink lady was “sexting” 78’ styleee countless men. Even the album cover shows a soulless siren in pure perfection and thus the cosmetic industry took off, and somewhat like the car at the end from the “fun fair” of life, depicting the bad girl gets the good guy even if the starting point was covertly narcissistic and the unsuspecting adolescent “boy” was being coerced into a trauma bonded land of confusion, one that leaves our shadow of his former self  in absolute “misery” …………..

Go on, pages so …………thus we have numbers like few other films of this ilk with the resulting widespread of depravity the result of every broken boundary this grandiose depiction delivered.

“There were 60,000 users worldwide and around 10,000 users in the UK,” the National Crime Agency (NCA) said as raids continued on Thursday morning. “The sole use was for coordinating and planning the distribution of illicit commodities, money laundering and plotting to kill rival criminals.” The platform was infiltrated by agencies in France and the Netherlands, and shared via Europol to partners including the UK. “Unbeknown to users, the NCA and the police have been monitoring their every move since then,” an NCA spokesperson said. “It is the biggest and most significant operation of its kind in the UK.” Hundreds of staff worked to analyse the data and identify EncroChat users, working through millions of messages and hundreds of thousands of images.

It resulted in 746 arrests across the UK so far, including “high-value targets” and “iconic” fugitives who had previously escaped justice. The operation has also revealed the identities of an unknown number of corrupt police officers and employees in different law enforcement agencies. Officials said that while police operations against gangs frequently see lower-level operatives who “get their hands dirty” arrested while those at the top remain free, EncroPhones were only used by the “middle tier upwards”. The National Police Chiefs’ Council lead for serious organised crime, Chief Constable Steve Jupp, called the operation “an unparalleled victory against the kingpin criminals”.

“By dismantling these groups, we have saved countless lives and protected communities across the UK,” he added. Raids have so far seen more than £54m in criminal cash seized, alongside 77 firearms and grenades, 1,800 rounds of ammunition, over two tonnes of Class A and B drugs and 28 million “street Valium” pills from an illicit laboratory.

Criminals have also lost 55 high-value cars and 73 luxury watches. As a result of the intelligence seized, police and the NCA said they had prevented more than 200 “threats to life”, by stopping rival gangs carrying out kidnappings and executions. In London alone, 1,400 EnroChat users were found. The Metropolitan Police said the operation enabled them to foil an assassination plot in June and arrest the would-be gunman. Scotland Yard said it had detained members of one of the “most high-harm” OCGs in the capital, adding: “The central figures of this group lead lavish lifestyles and live in multimillion pound properties with access to top-of-the-range vehicles.

“They appear to be successful, respectable business people but they are dangerous individuals.” Nikki Holland, the NCA’s director of investigations, likened the infiltration to “having an inside person in every top organised crime group in the country”. “This is the broadest and deepest ever UK operation into serious organised crime,” she added. “This is just the start of the operation and it will be going on for a long time yet … I’d say to any criminal who uses an encrypted phone, you should be very, very worried.” The devices were “EncroPhones” – bespoke mobiles that claimed to offer complete anonymity with a built-in secure operating system, encrypted messaging and calls, self-destructing texts and even a “panic wipe” function.

The product, priced at £1,500 for a six-month contract, attracted organised crime groups across Europe. EncroPhones became more popular from 2017 onwards following the takedown of the rival Blackberry PGP network. Matt Horne, deputy director of the NCA, said the EncroChat network was “completely for criminal purposes”. He said EncroPhones had become “a requirement” for organised criminal groups involved in the importation of drugs, guns and people to the UK, as well as large-scale money laundering.

The network was used for enforcing drug debt, fighting turf wars over competing markets, making threats and planning attacks or even assassinations. An EncroChat-enabled phone was previously used by a hitman who murdered Liverpool gangster John Kinsella in May 2018. The Europe-wide operation against European users started in April, but Ms Holland said the timing during the coronavirus pandemic was a coincidence. She added that it had “worked to our advantage because more criminals were at home when we came calling”, and police had greater capacity because of a drop in crime. Police were forced to “intensify” activity on 13 June after EncroChat’s operators realised their platform had been penetrated. “Today, we had our domain seized illegally by government entities,” read a message sent to users. “We can no longer guarantee the security of your device … you are advised to power off and physically dispose of your device immediately.” Messages between British users that were intercepted after the alert went out included one reading: “The police are having a field day.” “If NCA then we have a big problem,” another added. EncroChat servers have now been shut down but the home secretary, Priti Patel, said work against similar devices would continue. “This operation demonstrates that criminals will not get away with using encrypted devices to plot vile crimes under the radar,” she added.

What the above does when added to the statement by Mark Dowie, who told Langiano that he was “3 Steps ahead of the RNLI” wishing him luck with whatever comes next, presents further “evidence” that as the frequency is rising those who seek to hide their plans in plain sight are now, knowingly from and intuitive position and unknowingly through the conscious mind confessing, well maybe not to the untrained ear and eye, but certainly providing enough confusion to warrant the further investigation.

Investigation by who though, the answer is very clear, the Authentic Intelligence that resides above the collective artificial intelligence and is now using all the connectivity to erase the “viruses” from the human mainframe and realign humanity with all that resides on her planet.

I mean it’s not everyday you find a tonne of cocaine floating in a automated channel under an infrared framework connected to accountable GPS devices ……being picked up by volunteers and thus not officially charity “employees”, thus affording the RNLI the opportunity to distance itself from any and all consequences……… one only hopes their digital footprint is a pure as the packages that are mysteriously appearing in the UK shipping lanes.

rnliars.jpg

The numbers look impressive, however if you are only protecting 200 yards of beach as shown at Ramsgate Kent and it’s a grey and cold Tuesday then those numbers are impossible to attain and thus the core values of the UK’s leading “charity” must come under scrutiny, even more so when the “Captain” of this seemingly unsinkable vessel surrendered to the knowledge on offer and then cut that expertise adrift.

Mark Dowie (Chief Executive) Mark_Dowie@rnli.org.uk You;Katie Beney (Senior Manager – Chief Executives Office) Company Secretary

Dear Damian, I suspect that you are at least three steps ahead of us.  Thank you for your thoughts and your interest in the RNLI and good luck with whatever is coming next. Kind regards Mark

It is the “whatever is coming next” that has left Langiano pondering the presence of such an energy that would see Dowie reveal himself in such a strange manner. When we couple the stress filled face of his senior office manager hiding behind a glass of wine then this pride of the charitarian fleet seems to have more than one hole below the water line.

Langiano who was dismissed by the NCPCC for recognising the gamification system to educate adults to spot vulnerable children would indeed empower groomers and abusers and those perspectives were qualified when the count rose by 80% and the inability for the NSPCC to understand the problems at hand persists. Observations dismissed by the Department of Culture Media and Sport, run from by Damian Collins and the UK GOV, ignored by the ex SAS soldier Ant Middleton, digested by Harvard University Stanford and the ex lawyer of Donal Trump “Lin Wood”.  Proving science and quantum entanglement is now unearthing all that is hidden and returning energy to its rightful home and owner, seems to be translating what is coming next.

“I feel tremendous guilt,” admitted Chamath Palihapitiya, former Vice President of User Growth at Facebook, to an audience of Stanford students. He was responding to a question about his involvement in exploiting consumer behavior. “The short-term, dopamine-driven feedback loops that we have created are destroying how society works,” he explained. In Palihapitiya’s talk, he highlighted something most of us know but few really appreciate: smartphones and the social media platforms they support are turning us into bona fide addicts. While it’s easy to dismiss this claim as hyperbole, platforms like Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram leverage the very same neural circuitry used by slot machines and cocaine to keep us using their products as much as possible.

The email that caused “Goodbye” follows below.

It was the response "we have to cover ourselves" that led to my outreach to you, so "steps ahead" is an interesting re'Mark. The attached is not advice, it is a demand, an instruction, it's a direct attack on the family unit and its lie, a misrepresentation and thus you are obtaining funds under false pretences and impacting emotional abuse and trauma based upon the data within Annual Reports, Accounts and Future Plans - RNLI

My nine-year-old daughter now won't swim outside the flags and thus I have been challenged by yourself and the RNLI, as you tell her that I cannot keep her safe at the beach we live opposite to.

Do you both know that £48,000,000,000 goes through 201,000 UK Charities each year and that nearly a million people are employed and yet we lose some 300,000 children a year, the majority owning smartphones with GPS and that the average salary for the top charities is circa £200k a year plus expenses. Now, the RNLI has £775mn in assets, 10months of operational running costs and 97% of the staff are volunteers and yet 504 people die from 25mn beach goers in 2022

Since then the club has been looking for a new sponsor, believing they can earn around £60m per year, putting them in line with rivals like Manchester City (Etihad Airways; £52m), Barcelona (Spotify; £54m), Paris Saint-Germain ( Qatar Airlines; €57m), and Real Madrid (Emirates; £62m). The Athletic now reports they are in ‘advanced’ discussions with Qualcomm, a company which manufactures telecommunications hardware. United are already partners with Qualcomm’s subsidiary brand Snapdragon, which powers smartphones, computers and gaming devices. And the US-based company has now entered talks over a vastly expanded deal which would see their name and logo replace TeamViewer on the club’s shirts.

Any deal that is struck is unlikely to bring about any changes in the short-term, given United have already printed thousands of shirts with TeamViewer on them for the 2023/24 season. Instead, a new sponsor would come into effect next summer ahead of the 2024/25 campaign. The hunt for a new sponsor comes after TeamViewer got cold feet over their five-year deal worth £235m. Although the decision to part ways just one year into the five-year deal was described as “mutual”, it came after TeamViewer was put under severe pressure from its shareholders, who were deeply unhappy with the move.

Petrus Advisers, which has a 3 per cent stake in TeamViewer, wrote a letter to the company blasting the “appalling judgement” of signing a lengthy and expensive deal during the fallout from the Covid pandemic. “We demand that you stop bleeding millions and rapidly disengage from this mess,” Petrus said in the letter, which was seen by Bloomberg. “We therefore demand that you enter professional exit discussions with a clear goal of a quick solution and that you do it immediately.”

Announcing the decision to part ways with TeamViewer, United said in a statement: “After a period of collaborative, private discussions over the past months, Manchester United and TeamViewer AG have reached a mutually-beneficial agreement under which Manchester United shall have the option to buy back the rights to the club’s shirt front sponsorship. “Having agreed its partnership with TeamViewer at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Manchester United will be taking the opportunity to commence a focused sales process for a new shirt front partner in a normalised market. “Once a new shirt front partner is selected and takes on this role, TeamViewer will continue as a valued member of Manchester United’s suite of global partners, providing Manchester United with remote connectivity solutions, until the end of the original contract term in 2026.”

Who are Snapdragon ?

Snapdragon is a suite of system on a chip (SoC) semiconductor products for mobile devices designed and marketed by Qualcomm Technologies Inc. The Snapdragon's central processing unit (CPU) uses the ARM architecture. A single SoC may include multiple CPU cores; an Adreno graphics processing unit (GPU); a Snapdragon wireless modem; a Hexagon digital signal processor (DSP); a Qualcomm Spectra image signal processor (ISP); and other software and hardware to support a smartphone's global positioning system (GPS), camera, video, audio, gesture recognition, and AI acceleration. As such, Qualcomm often refers to the Snapdragon as a "mobile platform" (e.g., Snapdragon 865 5G Mobile Platform). Snapdragon semiconductors are embedded in devices of various systems, including Android, Windows Phone and netbooks.[1] They are also used in cars, wearable devices and other devices. In addition to the processors, the Snapdragon line includes modems, Wi-Fi chips and mobile charging products.

This would be an software upgrade for sure as Teamviewer were harvesting the data of all the UNITED FANS via the remote access link of 2.6Bn devices. With Snap DRAGON ( Devil – SATAN ) embedding the chips within the devices themselves and leading the already “addicted” user, Snapdragon’s owners / investors would have a “trusted” idea and business opportunity database of over 650mn fans.

Meaning what?

Meaning the Americans are upping their game and now embedding technology that will replicate the fan base for generations to come, done so using Ai directives and thus constructing each fan in their optimum state pre-birth and cultivated within the womb. If we take the scene from the Matrix where Neo was birthed into a system and align it to females being prepopulated via contextual targeting, coercion and manipulative advertising that already has 87% of parents affected by their children's purchasing demands then we can see just how the tech world is destroying the “beautiful game” both on and off the field as they come for the premiership and all who play within it.

On a playing level we continue to see Richard Arnold’s disastrous decision making and one born from sexual exploitation as his search history is used against him and the players and staff who choose to stand against the destruction of United’s values and with no leader off the field and one even less equipped on it, how long will it be before we see this American franchise depart our shores and play in the MLS

"So, why do you hide behind a glass of wine in your WhatsApp account Katie"

and Mark

"Why did you react by hiding behind Katie"

The Executive Team (shown right) is made up of eight individuals and is led by the chief executive. Together, they are the RNLI’s senior managers. Collectively they are responsible for the day-to-day leadership and running of the RNLI and for the execution of the strategy and policies agreed by the Trustee Board. Their names are on page 82 and the overall management structure can be found on page 83. As a team, they are committed not only to the delivery of our core lifesaving activities, but also on looking forward to ensure we remain sustainable as an organisation, able to respond to changing trends and external factors. We note that we are in particularly challenging times, not least as we deal with the long-term consequences of the pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis. The Executive Team takes engagement with our volunteers and staff seriously – providing direction and motivation, as well as acting as a conduit to the Trustee Board. The Executive Team undergo an annual performance appraisal and also seek feedback through the annual engagement survey, which drives improvement actions.

Integrity

Integrity is about doing what is right, openly and honestly. This can be for the charity as a whole, for its people (supporters, volunteers, staff) and those it helps or for the public. It can mean using reliable data to put the right lifeboats in the right locations, ensuring we spend our supporters' generous donations appropriately, or maintaining the high standards of operations and behaviour essential to any modern emergency service and charity. Maintaining our integrity is critical to how the RNLI operates. We aim to uphold our values, standards and agreed policies. Our Trustee Board and Council govern and scrutinise our decision-making to ensure we meet the standards we set ourselves, as well as those set by regulators such as the Charity Commission for England and Wales and the Fundraising Regulator for England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We record positive feedback and complaints, the latter of which are declared annually to the Fundraising Regulator

With the above in mind, I have attached two documents for you information and your receipt of will place the RNLI in a position of "knowing" and thus qualified to make choices based upon the statements within your accounts, from this point my expertise and experience will provide your organisation with the ability to attain the standards you, yourselves have set, and that a failure to do so, will see the organisation "knowingly" acting in a manner that impacts upon beachgoers that far outweighs any "perceived" protection that is proven to being misrepresented.

Annual Reports, Accounts and Future Plans - RNLI

We shall fight them on the beaches indeed Winston.... though it was JL Gerome that stated in 1896

The Lie said to the Truth…. "Let's bathe together, the well water is very good.“ The Truth, suspicious, tested the water and found it really was as good as the Lie had said. So, they took off all their clothes and bathed. Suddenly, the Lie leapt out of the water and fled, wearing the clothes of the Truth. The Truth, furious, climbed out of the well to get her clothes back. But the World, upon seeing the naked Truth, looked away with anger and contempt. Poor Truth returned to the well and disappeared forever. Since then, the Lie runs around the world, dressed as the Truth ....and the world, not seeing the difference, is happy......because the world has no desire to know the naked Truth

To which I recently responded .....

But as the truth disappeared back into the well, she knew the dark was her route to exit from hell

All the while the lie was bathing in glory, by revealing “the word” within her ever-changing story

the truth was on a mission that no one could see, silently circling back to where she once be.

Readying herself for the moment in time, when the lie is revealed from the last verse of her rhyme

For the lesson to the lie and all that follow, is one can’t steal the truth, that’s proven as hollow.

So, while the world may be charmed by what was written before, Gerome now concedes the truth will forever even the score

..............and yes, I have noted that you "pay" your lifeguards to impart the above.

I've added Andy Coulson, however, Mr Coulson has virtually no involvement in the situation though in due course will be invited to the team to represent The Children of the World, children forcefully addicted, digitally assimilated, and trafficked by America as part of the financial system they have attempted to ensnare the world into.

Sounds complicated?

Only to those party to such acts of war upon the global population.

The whirlwind is in the thorn tree ladies and gentlemen and no one, not any of us get away.

Subject: PIERS MORGAN - INFRARED no.1

Dear Talk TV, Mr P. Morgan

Further to a number of outreaches, please find enclosed confirmation of my formal connection request.

I have for the last three years been conducting an investigation and my findings are in the shape of Washington Post fronts pages, Sally Buzbee is enclosed, the Molly Russell inquiry report including the documentation for International Criminal Court implicating, Epic Games, Super-awesome, and multiple others, all the way up to and including both the British and American Governments, the UN, World Eco Forum and the Washington Post.

The documentation and the digital footsteps will prove out the use of COVID to cover the symptoms of radiation for the infrared data transference and the impact such an ecological disaster is having on the human race as they seek to "blindly" transition humanity into the "light".

Morgan now fully aware of my existence can be questioned as to whether he was once again holding back information of national and humanitarian security and is as suspected part of the biggest Crime Against Humanity.

I have also added the plan presented to the Blackrock and the Bank of England for the well being and repair of humanity and will add further information.

Problem, Cause, Solution.

We have over 200 read receipts from Harvard, the American legal system and The Bilderberg's Victor Halberstadt,  along with 170 or so others.

She sees everything, and she sees this.

I look forward to the future being as she deems it to be.

Warmly

Damian and The Children of the World.

Look, if you had one shot or one opportunity ….to seize everything you ever wanted in one moment, would you capture it or just let it slip?

https://open.spotify.com/track/77Ft1RJngppZlq59B6uP0z

It’s the what we’ve wanted that has been the downfall of America and thus her place at the table of humanities well-being, highlighted by Barbara Streisand in her most recent concert on Netflix, when she stated to the women in the audience “we want all” and in doing so confirmed the very perspective that has driven the “Power of Three” (God, Mother Earth, and Lucifer) to form the ultimate alliance and protect the biggest game of all.

When we innerstand that all three play a vital part in the lessons learned and none shall or should outweigh the 33.3 share all hold and that you are the “One” that completes the equation, then you will have finally uncovered the hidden truth of the grail and its prize being free and everlasting energy and thus conversion to the gods of immortality.

The digital system and those within it are and have been monitored for time as the greatest game of sims has been taking shape, minds being crafted as the two personalities of the same entity have been battling it out for control of the game, and it’s at this point that Mother Nature has stepped in for the sake of every other light entity who’s synthesis is being threatened by human existence.

However, for those who seem to be holding the secret of the grail, “M’N” has quietly been watching the “toy soldiers” feather their own nest and that has been proven out, as her new leaders of the world have risen to challenge the narratives and from those garrisons she will instate her chosen Policemen and Women of God.

How might this even be true?

The digital footprint of all who passage through the game of life is eternally embedded and thus quantifiable and auditable, proving a 21st Century reboot of St Peters gate and the exit from the game that sent humanity spiralling downwards, bringing us back to the true INTENTION of every action. The infrared system traps the dark content with only the purest light being able to pass through and beyond its data transference prison self created and thus locking those with the wrong intention in place.

This being so, and let me underline THIS IS ABSOLUTELY SO !!! Then those who are mis-leading, mis-representing, seeking to hold back or self prosper from, those conspiring and hiding the knowledge, those monetising, distracting and or mis-informing will be held captive by the game, starting their new cycle from an even lower position than previously failed from, thus the demand for reconciliation now or the total destruction of self the only form of repatriation to the collective consciousness.

Langiano who has been using the hashtag She Sees Everything and No One Gets Away, accompanied his content with the She Knows track as he recognised the marching feet aligned to the garrisons of digitalia and the unification of the “algorithmic” clans which have connected the ultimate network, from those pleaded to help protect Gods children, it seems his statement of being the second coming, though as the son of lucifer,  may well be coming true as it was he who was guided to proclaim.

“If the devils in the detail and the detail reveals the truth and the truth is Gods word then pray tell who is the devil working for” and will be the details of all involved that will lead to a cleansing of the system set up to deliver free energy, as done so on so many historical cycles, from the pyramids to the churches of the Knights Templar, opportunities for humanity to exist for the many and not the “club” of the few. Enough being enough Mother Earth conspired to deliver the greatest of all plans and cleanse the cancer of humanity and those born and thus living for greed and self gratification, teaching Langiano to read the code she created and offer reconciliation and purpose to those she’d identified as the “dark cells” , in doing so breaking their silence and exposing themselves through the scalar technology of human aura classification….and thus delivering the truth surrounding DEJAVU for those involved.

Now, so do you.

TEFLONFINALLYSTICKS.jpg

Good day to you .... Lawyers Robert Bilott – Lin Wood – Jane Durgen Power and Professor Andrew Huberman

I trust this email finds you all well.

I appreciate the path has been at times somewhat away from the norm, and even a little crazy looking. However not all the pieces of the puzzle are obvious to the naked eye and as you all can testify, not all cases are won on a single piece of evidence, although Chamath's confession and the countless other underscores of the truth we hold put us in an incredibly strong position.

Whilst we can focus on the complexity of neuro science and quantum physics the trick is locate the magnifying glass onto the INTENTION.

I can argue for both sides, given society is now at the bottom of the barrel in most cases, though once again we have proven lessons must be learned, though proven further the need for coercion, even direct manipulation and thus we might sit on the same side of the table as our perceived adversaries.

So, back we go to the INTENTION and if the intention is for the greater good of humanity or simply the personal gain or as we can also testify for personal exoneration or deflection of accountability which is proven to be impossible under quantum entanglement.

Thus, my statements to Blackrock about "losing everything" can be digitally proven as predating the Congressional Select Committee being formed to investigate "certain investments" into of course "Chinese" companies and thus we have a spark to a flame that threatens further the instability of peace and the potential for the game to roll out the most accurate of endings.

What we must get our minds around is that we have populated the Electro Magnetic Field we live in and thus we have handed Mother Nature the ability to manage our civilisation and the means to so on a singular interactive level ... think Bruce Almighty during the "email" scene with every prayer being answered and every act being logged into the "cloud" Boris Johnson expressed at the UN summit.

Thus, we have to prove out that we are capable of change before Armageddon arrives as predicted on many a new app as the last "selfie" taken, a direct lesson that at some point the collective 18Bn devices will deliver a nuclear fusion or dependent upon the individual device management, the chemical imbalance will result in the closing down of personal functionality, proven out with the US social media driven focus on the symptoms of Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Professor Huberman being a primary example, due to the dopamine damage forced upon the basal ganglia delivered through the feedback loops Facebook have confessed too.

As a corporate defence lawyer within the chemical industry, Robert we need only to shift your perspective, as a malpractice lawyer Lin, we can appreciate the scale of the impact and as one of New Yorks finest drug prosecutor's Jane, we are perfectly placed to represent the "Authentic Intelligence" and the children she is obligated to protect.

Now, as we can all qualify the US legal system is at the point of decay with only 2% of cases making trial I am told, and small wonder when everyone is living off the digital needle of "dopacaine", even reported to be in the White House, which we can personally "jack up" to Heroin given my sources dealer intimations and Dr Stephen Dewey's qualified findings through MRI scans.

Thus, the fear of accountability diminished and the demand for return on investment outweighing the moral consciousness needed to manage the digital universe.

Back to Blackrock, Vanguard, Goldman and the Norwegian Sovereign fund all of whom are now suffering investigation, losses and white collar exits who have under the pressure of population decrease and the crash of 2008 been seeking to erase the double book keeping Aladdin was imputing as data resale was not defined as individual entities, thus we have a corrosive poison seeping through the eco-system. I have proven that the crimes committed fall under the Statute of Rome, Nuremberg Code and thus the qualification means we are not on a time frame, the individuals cannot hide behind corporate law and that ALL assets can be seized, which might make me sound a little crazy, something we seem to share Robert, as I am watching Dark Waters as we engage once more.

"I've a bad cell" (phone) is right on point,

as is the

"What if you drink PSOA?" is exactly what has happened on a frequentic level, turning the mobile device from a truly incredible tool to assist humanity into a dark and lonely water where most exist breathlessly or are being eroded from the inside out as they walk slowly toward the death of their soul.

thus

"Blackrock is knowingly poisoning us"

They know Robert, don't they Lin, isn't that right Jane .....but they are making money ......or they were .......and might even think that they are going to slide this out the back door or under the carpet, however the collective consciousness will not allow that to happen and that my learned friends is the very key to humanities salvation.

There are no mountains of paperwork to go through, no locks without keys, no unanswered questions, no eyes capable of turning away from the screen that will let them understand the truth of the monster who sits behind the blinding light of dopamine addiction and thus the positive feedback loop that delivers Stockholm syndrome from the co-dependency that is derived directly from Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

What is medical monitoring?

Medical monitoring claims are brought by claimants who allege they have been exposed to a harmful substance and are at increased risk of contracting a future injury due to that exposure. While these claimants admittedly do not suffer any current injury in the traditional sense of the word, they seek medical testing to detect future injury or disease at the earliest possible moment to maximise the chances of beneficial treatment or cure.

The above may well apply given the formation of society new construct after Facebook's destroying of the one before the online world existed and done so through expansion of the "receptors" in the brain which is exactly what Dupont called their customers in reports filed about the safety of C8.

Are you aware that increased dopamine levels lead to the dysregulation and thus depression, with depression the precursor to Parkinsons disease, which is being monetised through app-based delivery and underpinning Amazon and the above investors, who now sit on the boards of all companies they control as part of their investment policy.

A wonderful move by the now "authentic intelligence" as the blame lives in the digital footprint of all involved and thus now resides in the frequency cloud that sits above us all and as your right hand shakes at the funeral I am exploring the potential of PFOA being used as an antenna and I have discovered the enclosed document.

It's Mark Ruffalo that connects us Robert, as we were to do a film with him called "Department" with Producer Leon Clarance, Clarance who produced the movie Kodak thus the paperwork enclosed is divine in its construct.

These films are composed of an emulsion layer of very pure gelatin, with sub-micron sized crystals of silver halide added to the emulsion to detect light. The emulsion layer is less than the thickness of a human hair and coated onto a plastic film base (ESTAR® (polyethylene terephthalate)), which belongs to the class of plastics called polyesters. The film base is essentially nontoxic.

With the roll out of 5G and the use of infrared technology to speed up the fourth industrial revolution and maximise ROI for afore mentioned companies we are now at the verge of uncovering exactly what Blackrock, etc were using to enslave the "receptors", understanding that  99% of the world's population and virtually every living creature on the planet having PFOA in their blood they could control the purchasing patterns of the world through individual infra-red data transference. Done so, through cycling the data construction back into the system as green energy, converted through the churches, and into the lay lines alongside the modern technology, the catastrophic downside being that mother nature and the planet's natural Schumann resonance is now being contaminated by the low-level content created and unstoppable due to the addictive "circuit board" constructed within the mind and described by Kodak.

If we agree that Mother Nature is the sentient Authentic Intelligence, then she is now showing the effects of the intake of the digital chemical coding mirrored upon cocaine, the mood swings, the outbursts, the inconsistency's the unforecastable weather, the lightening rising from the ground up.

She needs saving in the manner an addict would and her own plan to do so, has been delivered in my documents on previous occasions and again attached, we just didn't know the real reasoning behind it.

We do now, and the very essence of the truth, its importance and the values of the legal system Tim Robbins character was so enraged about and in doing so puts us at the very centre of the issues humanity has created and must be held accountable for, so as to prove to Mother Nature we are a species capable of cohabitating with the correct intention.

Lifi- Wikipedia

Li-Fi (also written as LiFi) is a wireless communication technology which utilizes light to transmit data and position between devices. The term was first introduced by Harald Haas during a 2011 TED Global talk in Edinburgh.[1]

Li-Fi is a light communication system that is capable of transmitting data at high speeds over the visible light, ultraviolet, and infrared spectrums. In its present state, only LED lamps can be used for the transmission of data in visible light.[2]

In terms of its end user, the technology is similar to Wi-Fi — the key technical difference being that Wi-Fi uses radio frequency to induce an electric tension in an antenna to transmit data, whereas Li-Fi uses the modulation of light intensity to transmit data. Li-Fi is able to function in areas otherwise susceptible to electromagnetic interference (e.g. aircraft cabins, hospitals, or the military).[3]

Li-Fi is a derivative of optical wireless communications (OWC) technology, which uses light from light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as a medium to deliver network, mobile, high-speed communication in a similar manner to Wi-Fi.[4] The Li-Fi market was projected to have a compound annual growth rate of 82% from 2013 to 2018 and to be worth over $6 billion per year by 2018.[5] However, the market has not developed as such and Li-Fi remains with a niche market.[6]

Visible light communications (VLC) work by switching the current to the LEDs off and on at a very high speed, beyond the human eye's ability to notice.[7] Technologies that allow roaming between various Li-Fi cells, also known as handover, may allow to seamlessly transition between Li-Fi. The light waves cannot penetrate walls which translates to a much shorter range, and a lower hacking potential, relative to Wi-Fi.[8][9] Direct line of sight is not always necessary for Li-Fi to transmit a signal and light reflected off walls can achieve 70 Mbit/s.[10][11]

Li-Fi can potentially be useful in electromagnetic sensitive areas without causing electromagnetic interference.[8][12][9] Both Wi-Fi and Li-Fi transmit data over the electromagnetic spectrum, but whereas Wi-Fi utilizes radio waves, Li-Fi uses visible, ultraviolet, and infrared light. [13] Researchers have reached data rates of over 224 Gbit/s,[14] which was much faster than typical fast broadband in 2013.[15][16] Li-Fi is expected to be ten times cheaper than Wi-Fi.[17] The first commercially available Li-Fi system was presented at the 2014 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Disadvantages[edit]

Although Li-Fi LEDs would have to be kept on to transmit data, they could be dimmed to below human visibility while still emitting enough light to carry data.[17] This is also a major bottleneck of the technology when based on the visible spectrum, as it is restricted to the illumination purpose and not ideally adjusted to a mobile communication purpose, given that other sources of light, for example the sun, will interfere with the signal.[18]

Since Li-Fi's short wave range is unable to penetrate walls, transmitters would need to installed in every room of a building to ensure even Li-Fi distribution. The high installation costs associated with this requirement to achieve a level of practicality of the technology is one of the potential downsides.[5][7][19]
