I am writing to you with grave concerns about the future mental health of our children and the covert attacks they are being coerced into full blown co-dependency with. As a sufferer of Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and holding an OPSWAT Platinum grade Parental Control mobile security system, I can confirm that the trauma bestowed upon me by a vast amount of high-level impact CEO’s, Sports Clubs, Celebrities, Charities and a certain MP have contributed to my condition. A condition that will be on an unimaginable scale and bring absolute control over the children of this country. Gavin, I offered our software for FREE to both Whitehall and Damian Collins MP (I have both in writing on multiple times) to afford our parents the opportunity to protect their children at source. German designed, we can block the data harvesting, manipulation and the onslaught of depravity that is pouring into the undefended minds of our infants and coerced by parents who are themselves entwined in the tango of narcissistic dependency. 

 

Gavin, this is a direct attack on the UK and the harvesting of our children’s minds, this is WAR on the future of this country by those who control the content, apps, media, news and mobile connectivity.

Simply, it can be nothing else, because I’ve spoken to them all about protecting our children, I’ve Vodafone directly responsible for a Crime Against Humanity due to them “Rushing out” 500000 Sim cards to disadvantaged children, children that will be manipulated mentally and then monetised under covert narcissistic tactics, minus any parental guidance. In true narcissistic fashion they tell you everything, although its not always what they say, its what they don’t say and worse don’t do that reveals the serpent that lies behind the screen and in my
own case stripped my spirit to the core. Disable your opponent before taking the battlefield, is the art of war, this war is being waged upon
and in the minds of us all, but predominately in those of our children, you Sir, are empowered to educate. An undeliverable task if they are all to be controlled and manipulated by an enemy over shore.

America, cried attack in true Narc fashion and told the world it was “Chy na” ........distracted the many on every level and indoctrinated a global audience with “Gas lighting” and “Word Salad” ... the sheep ate at the digital troughs and our children were locked in their bedrooms being drawn into the labyrinths of the dopamine constructed online world. Virtual Reality will be the digital LSD that will see second level narc’s creating the heartless depravity that will lose our children and cause them such trauma that the path to suicide will be a deep and trodden one.
 

For those who fail to rise against the machine, they will have contributed to the conversion of humans into robots, which is significantly cheaper than building them and far more secure to control and central to there being “no more wars”........another accurate statement if you have covertly enticed your victim into a world of manipulation, but would readily concede that the world needs a sense of control, so please don’t enclave me as singular perspective activist, I’m here with a far greater observatory than that. 

 

What I don’t know is who is on who’s side and who is fighting for this country’s independence. I do know LinkedIn restricted me for my statement of “Seems you’ve deleted the TRUTH” on a LADBIBLE post regarding the covertly triggered three black footballers, who due to pre-induced trauma missed so badly it was strikingly obvious, cue a racist depth charge and we have once again division and distraction upon our shores. Now given the LADBIBLE encouraged 250000 plus followers to LAUGH at a montage of children being “April fooled” and cared not to protect children by spreading our message of security, I was within my rights to draw their attention to this and way below par on my scale of TRUTH telling on those enclosed in the document attached.

If you look at the second document, LINKEDIN have censored the TRUTH on a subject about CHILD ABUSE and have supported the perpetrator, IN writing and directly from their code of conduct. 

Now, tie them to Damian Collins MP who terrorised Alexander Nix and knows unequivocally the impact of social media and fake news and the illusion that is bestowed upon us all out here on the wild west web and we have a motive for not CHOOSING to protect our children and a decision taken that will impale them on stake of CPTSD. 

It’s been sometime since the production of the Protector Abuser document and much has revealed itself since then. My outreach to Scott Harris UK country management director BLACKROCK was “blocked” when I told him that his largest investment would be exposed in a “Duty of Care” case and that’s now being upscaled with the very gifted “Lady Gifty” to a Crime Against Humanity, he (Scott Harris) blocked me and scuttled off without a single question?

As I repeat Gavin, if I may now call you Gavin it’s never WHAT they say it’s what they DON’T say that reveals the TRUTH and pulls back the curtain. BLACKROCK knew of the move and its implications and the size of the US based investment denotes the game being played. Andrew Marks at Artizan Partners did the same for Tesco Mobile and BT and Marc Allera have stayed silent and conforming as each accurate allegation has washed across them. Sir Peter Wanless has eagerly taught Paedophiles to groom and stated its “absurd” after chairing the Parliamentary inquiry, although that chap is “afraid” by his own written confirmation and I believe held captive under the same BLACKMAIL
many CEO’s stepped down from their positions due too. (Generally, 13000 images of child pornography) Carly Asher Yoost and the Home Office are ridiculing our tech and charitable companies by exposing their shortfalls, but allies or not the first is attached to Bark Technologies and Snaps an AI sales funnelling company whom are no doubt profiting from the collation of children’s messages, or they and she would have replied to my countless emails and read receipted LinkedIn message’s one as recent as today!!

The two enclosed productions are actually nails in the coffins of all involved and bring them all under the umbrella of the crime against our children.

As I am sure you will appreciate, since the outbreak of COVID-19 in the UK, the department has received unprecedented levels of correspondence. I am sorry that we have been unable to respond to your query as quickly as we would have hoped.

Unfortunately, many of the topics you mention in your email will fall outside the remit of this department, however I can provide more information on what this department is doing to support the mental health and wellbeing of our children and young people.

The government remains committed to promoting and supporting the mental health of children and young people. Access to mental health support, including bereavement support, is more important than ever during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the department has taken action to ensure schools and colleges are equipped to support children and young people.

We have put in place an unprecedented range of action to help schools to develop whole school approaches to mental health and wellbeing; and to help them to create an environment where promoting positive wellbeing and mental health is just as important as tackling mental illness. At its heart is the new requirement for schools to teach about mental health and other aspects of wellbeing as part of health and relationships education, which is a major step towards ensuring a greater consistency.

The new RSHE curriculum was made compulsory from September 2020 and will give all children the understanding and tools to develop resilience and strategies for looking after their own mental health and wellbeing. The content will also cover understanding emotions; identifying where someone is experiencing signs of poor mental health; simple self-care; and how and when to seek support. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/relationships-education-relationships-and-sex-education-rse-and-health-education.
These subjects will also support the development of pupils’ self-control and their ability to self-regulate, as well as providing strategies for doing so. 

We have incorporated a mental wellbeing teacher training module to support subject leads and teachers to understand what they should teach, as well as improving their confidence in delivering mental wellbeing as part of the new curriculum. Although this training module is not specifically about COVID-19, it may help staff engage in conversations about, and manage the impact on pupil wellbeing and mental health.

It's a very interesting situation we have here, see I don't trust your organisation and I sense your closure in the way you write and extent of the copy to say pretty much nothing.

 

It's a gift bestowed upon me through my acute relationship with a female abusive narcissist. Emotional, physical and mental abuse, so I understand the gaslighting, word salad coercive cognitive manipulation. 

 

I absolutely pick up on energy being such an acute empath and I've been diagnosed with CPTSD Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, which is a nervous system reaction response to threatening situations. 

 

Now, whilst most see this as an affliction, I have channelled this gift and use it to assess and understand situations, people, agendas and the TRUTH

 

Mrs Yoost it's true to say that post "connecting" you've ignored circa 30 of my communication requests. .....whilst Glen has enlightened me on his history with the HOME OFFICE to deliver the video content you have a current authorisation would have to be obtained. 

 

Now, I'm unsure if the terms "to give respect is to earn respect", "efficient and effective application of energy" and "concurrent activity" mean anything to you, but let me explain. These are terms used on the battlefield and the battlefield is where we reside and where I am trying to protect the 500000 disadvantaged children that Vodafone "rushed" onto the sinister digital highways you profess to be seeking to protect.

Our technology is law enforcement centric. I certainly can't make introductions to law enforcement on your behalf.

I hope this finds you well, I'm somewhat confused as to why it took 9 months for you to respond given our shared focus surrounding the protection of children, even more so given your understanding that delay equals exposure and exposure means children are open to abuse. 

 

Now, I'm not saying you're organisation is party to abuse, but the algorithms Tristan Harris has stated are "out of control" uncontrolled data harvesting and the embedding of nervous system trauma through covert manipulation and coercive tactics is a "real time" issue and NINE MONTHS is "concerning" on anyone's scale.

 

Gary and I are in different departments and I'm sure Gary will take your advice, although both he and I are well aware of the OSTIA, so it's somewhat of an empty offering so to speak. 

 

Given your breath in the market place and your recognition of the service we can provide and your naming as a "coalition" I'm thinking we discuss collaborating with Gary to have you offer up our parental control system and empower the parents you're seeking to protect the children of ...... and thus extending your revenues and forming a true "coalition". 

 

Also BARK, can you introduce us to the directors there so I can discuss the concerns ref the AI company consultancy and understand how they are able to blanket read the social media sites and we are mystified as to how they gained such access and how they've achieved ..............our technical support are of the highest standard in Germany and seek at add to BARKS portfolio. 

 

I was blocked by your CEO Carly Asher Yoost for requesting the UK home office contact so we can raise some points directly and invite the UK GOV to explore them with us as certain issues this end have become apparent, I'm sure that was an accident given we all share the same vision "CHILD SAFETY"

Quick back story, I'm here to do what it says on the tin, "protect children" and I have publicly stated that I will not take a penny from my crusade to protect ALL children online, which puts me in a very singular and transparent position and one minus of any "hidden" agenda. 

 

So let's get straight to it.

Now, firstly this style of protection, eases the child even further away from their parent, which is counter productive for the child/parent relationship and in fact renders the child even more dependent on the dopamine addiction impacting as stated by the experts above (Screened out) secondly this "external intrusion" exposes our children to the risk of their data being used against them via algorithms and artificial intelligence as the they are now "legally" data harvesting without the parents being afforded "access to everything".

I will absolutely clarify that my focus on the mental manipulation of our children is a crime that my stance with GOD fingers directly towards the Devil, to steal our children's minds and manipulate their lives is beyond words. So when we add your flagship partners husband Ryan Reynolds advert for Match and the brazen demonic theme, one has to question the partnerships you've chosen and the morality of those decisions.

 

Problem - Cause - Solution .................springs to mind and I'm sorry to be the barer of bad news but, if one is party to the the chain of events, then one would alarmingly be party to the abuse and the polar opposite to the name of your organisation. 

 

We are in space where trust has been obliterated from ever corner of this world and how we protect our children will define us ALL as human race going forward and it's my commitment to the most vulnerable amongst us, that sees me demand absolute clarity regarding the above.

 

I would add that a staff member "deleted" one of my comments on Instagram ..............................although thankfully for us all, I've screen shot and have a copy if you need it.

Further to my demonstration of the DEJAVUAI I am compelled to invite you to consider the below information and impact vision.

 

Please, allow me to introduce Ted Kapusin and Jonny Kessler and their DEJAVUAI software, which I must convey is NOT a FACIAL RECOGNITION technology but IS a DIGITAL PICTURE RECOGNITION SYSTEM, meaning that it finds digital pictures from the smallest pieces of an image, across huge databases and thus can be attributed to facial searches under a number of formats and from aged and alternative image representations.

 

 

From that introduction alone we can recognise that if we align and enthuse the UNITED NATIONS (Jane Durgum Power) and THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURTS (Lady Gifty Tebbah) to instruct the use of DEJAVUAI across ALL big tech pictorial databases, we would be able to identify kidnapped, sold and trafficked children, runaways and abuse victims and that a failure by the worlds tech libraries to join forces, would make them complicit to those displaced and of those who had been removed forcibly. (Crime Against Humanity)

 

But let's hope we can get them all on board without the need for a heavy hand approach, I'm sure Damian (Collins) you could give Zucks' a call and open that door, although this is the current issue being "faced"

Ladies and Gentleman both, Ted and Jonny have agreed to exploring the possibilities given the subject matter and people in this particular room.

 

It's proven that we are ALL focused on child rescue and the reuniting of minors, the extraction of the young and the prosecution of the perpetrators and I see this being a monumental addiction to the current inefficiency and the delivery of an inclusive parental engagement. By us creating this unique task force, aligning efficiently and effectively and taking action as quickly as possible, we can present a choice that holds each and every platform / digital library to an accountability for the wellbeing of the lost, with everyone knowing checks are being executed by a transparent / independent organisation and within a secure and high performing perimeter.

 

 

We could even charge each individual for a certificate that would clarify their images as checked and clean and thus over time highlighting those not subscribing with law enforcement investigating as to why they are abstaining. We can then direct a huge percentage of the revenues generated into strategic operations to extend education and global child focused and protection causes, raising societies standards and on and off-line content creation. ( I can expand in due course, but one step at a time )

If you steal the mind of a child, you can imprint it with whatever you decide and this is being proven out as we are seeing with the adult population and their "inability" to wake up.........

when in fact what is really happening is pure orchestration by the investment owned media giants. 

 

I can only convey from what I have seen that we are both committed to the TRUTH along with President Trump and I have no doubt that my digital footprint when aligned to his will be the salvation of humanities minds and its children's mental well being.

I hope this correspondence finds you well and we can take our best steps forward.

 

I have for the last two years been attempting to bring to the attention of the government "parental education" and in fact made both, Damian Collins MP and Darren Blackburn Whitehall Purchasing team of the need for a digital mobile security system and the OPSWAT Platinum grade one we have at the app store. I offered the security system to the government for free after seeking assistance from the long list of child failures attached. 

 

I have been in direct contact and have the digital footprint to prove this, but the unqualified on this subject matter have sat in silence as OUR children, and Mrs Dorres, we have the responsibility to protect them at all costs, have been covertly manipulated by a triangulated attack. 

 

This attack has silently addicted OUR children to dopamine and through trauma, bonded the children, both chemically and through the electronic frequencies into a state of codependency and as attached places a number of corporations in the cross hairs for a Crime Against Humanity...............

 

Now, before you digest the above, this is not the primary issue we have upon the distant horizon.

Thank you for your correspondence of 18 February, to the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, the Rt Hon Nadine Dorries MP, about online protection for children.

​

I am replying as a member of the Ministerial Support Team.

​

Most children have a positive experience online, using the internet for connecting with peers, as well as to access educational resources, information, and entertainment. However, the impact of harmful content and activity online, including on social media, can be particularly damaging for children and there are growing concerns about the potential impact on their mental health and wellbeing. In May 2021 we published the draft Online Safety Bill (the bill) which sets out how the proposed legal duties of care on online companies will work in practice and gives them new responsibilities towards their users.

​

Social media, websites, apps and other services which host user-generated content or allow people to talk to others online will need to remove and limit the spread of illegal content such as hate crime and child sexual abuse. Where they are likely to be accessed by children, they will also be required to put in place systems and processes to protect children from harmful content and activity online even where this is not illegal, such as some forms of online abuse and bullying.

​

Our proposals will also hold the largest tech companies to account for what they say they are doing to tackle activity and content that is harmful to adults using their services. The legislation will also apply to search services, who will have to minimise the risk of all users encountering illegal content and protect children from harmful content, even if it is not illegal. All companies in scope will be required to assess whether children are likely to access their services and, if so, provide additional protections for children using them.

​

They will be required to assess the nature and level of risk of their service specifically for children, identify and implement systems and processes to protect children, and monitor these for effectiveness. Both companies and the regulator will be expected to prioritise children in their approach to addressing online harms, including for Ofcom, in how they enforce the framework.

​

Under the government’s proposals, it expects companies to use age assurance or age verification technologies to prevent children from accessing services which pose the highest risk of harm to children, such as online pornography, and to provide children with an age appropriate experience on their service.

​

We have confirmed our decision to appoint Ofcom as regulator and our intention to give it a range of enforcement powers which will include substantial fines and, where appropriate, business disruption measures (including blocking). There will also be a criminal offence for senior managers who fail to ensure that their company complies with Ofcom’s information requests, to push strong compliance in this area.

Ahead of online harms legislation, the Information Commissioner’s Age Appropriate Design Code (the code) came into force in September 2021. This provides stronger protections for children’s personal data and guidance to companies about the privacy standards that they must adopt when they are offering online services and applications that children are likely to access and which process their personal data. Services in scope of the code, which include social media platforms, need to make sure that they consider children when designing their sites and protect them adequately.

​

The government recognises that the design of an online platform can directly affect the likelihood of harm occurring. In June 2021 we published ‘Safety by Design’ guidance setting out best practice platform design for user safety. An approach which embeds safety at the design stage is vital to tackling online harms and driving up standards of online safety, especially for vulnerable users. This will support companies to build online platforms that are safer for their users. The government also recognises the vital role that education can play in supporting children to navigate the online world safely. The new subjects of Relationships Education, Relationships and Sex Education and Health Education (RSHE) became mandatory from September 2020 and they include teaching about online safety. RSHE complements the embedded computing curriculum, which covers the principles of online safety for 5 to 16 year olds, including teaching pupils about how to use technology safely, responsibly, respectfully and securely, how to keep personal information private, and where to go for help and support when they have concerns about content or contact on the internet or other online technologies. Health Education includes specific content about online safety and harms and includes being taught what positive, healthy and respectful online relationships look like, the effect of online actions on others and knowing how to recognise and display respectful behaviour in an age appropriate way.

​

Furthermore, in July 2021 we published the Online Media Literacy Strategy which sets out the government’s vision for improving media literacy capabilities in the UK. The strategy supports the empowerment of users, including children and parents, with the skills and knowledge they need to make safe and informed decisions online, whilst making the most of all the internet has to offer. The bill has been subject to pre-legislative scrutiny by a Joint Committee which reported its recommendations on 14 December. The government is considering the Joint Committee’s recommendations and is committed to introducing the bill as soon as possible. In the meantime, it is working closely with Ofcom to ensure that the implementation of the framework is as short as possible, following passage of the legislation.
